Where a member is in breach of the Community Guidelines they will be imposed with warning points as defined by the relevant section, if there is no warning points the default of 1 warning point shall apply.
In principle majority of grievances shall be resolved using "in-character" methods, such as police reports or professional standards investigations. Should the matter be of a serious nature or clearly out of character, then the Community Guidelines should be referenced and followed. For serious matters not covered by the Community Guidelines, the matter should be referred to the Memebrship Review Panel.
